 THIS WEEK'S DEBATE:When should children learn to read?Before or during kindergarten?

             It's my opinion that children should be taught before kindergarten so as not to create more stress while learning other things.Also, it would give them an advantage over the other children.

  Here are two other opinions in this matter.

             Shadara-I think before kindergarten because it would be easier on the teachers and there

wouldn't be much pressure on the teachers to try to teach them during kindergarten.I also think

 they should learn before because they would be able to read with the teacher and take turns reading,

or be able to read without teacher's help!

     C.J. Gagnon-Before kindergarten,because it would be much easier to learn and it would be better for them in the long run so they would get good grades and not have to listen to the teachers and parents about your grades.
